Let me start off by saying that if you can read this and NOT fall for Gigi, something is SERIOUSLY wrong with you!
Unlikely Date is my introduction to Samantha Christy and will definitely not be my last. Tag has a lot of siblings that I've met in this story and can't wait to see what happens with them.

Tag and Maddie are as opposite as it gets.
Tag is an unapologetically crude playboy that has no desire to be tied down. He has been one of the biggest aholes I've read in a while.
Maddie is a single mom that keeps to herself and focuses all of her time on her daughter. She's the invisible girl but only because she tries to be.
Fate (in the guise of a dating app that's more like a booty app) brings them together and they are both appalled at first. (The banter is great by the way!)
Maddie, unbeknownst to her, does something no other woman has been able to do. She thaws out Tag's heart.
This story was fun to read but it also hit me in the feels a few times. (That part at the end of the epilogue had tears just falling down my face!)
I highly suggest reading this if you like the contemporary romances that are fun to read, has a splash of the emotional moments, and leave you feeling fuzzy inside.

Samantha Christy’s passion for writing started long before her first novel was published. Graduating from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Criminal Justice, she held the title of Computer Systems Analyst for The Supreme Court of Wisconsin and several major universities around the United States. Raised mainly in Indianapolis, but also living in Lincoln, NE for a time, she decided to devote herself to family upon the birth of her third child and became a stay-at-home mom. It was then when the writing bug really took hold as she was a voracious reader. Being a stay-at-home mom facilitated her ability to follow her dream of becoming an author.
