While I have enjoyed every book in this series to date, I wasn't sure how I would like Seth and Evan's story.
They were childhood friends whose parents had such a huge falling out that they weren't allowed to be friends anymore. To sum it up, it's a friends to enemies to fake relationship to lovers trope. Got it?
I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed this one! It may even be my favorite of the series to date. There were so many things that are revealed in this story that I didn't see coming. Where I was expecting a cute, fun romance these extra details made it a deeper, heartfelt read. (With lots of cute, fun moments!)
I think the WAY the story was written also had such a huge impact. The writing had me feeling as if I was right there and I could enjoy the highs but also feel the turmoil right along with these two.
While I've enjoyed this series as a whole, THIS is the one I would recommend out of all of them to date for someone to read. They are all great and are interconnected, but there was just something that made me connect and fall in love to this one the most.
