I got sucked into this story and I didn't want it to end. 

The Secret was dark yet tender. Weird, huh?

Emerson has a secret - a very dark secret. One that made my heart drop when I figured it out. 

If you've been following along with the series, you would think Clark would be the LAST person to WANT to protect Emerson, yet he does. These two are about as opposite af it gets. 

It turns out that Clark has some baggage of his own. 

This story delves into some hard to handle issues and has possible triggers. If this is something you steer clear of when reading, then this is not the book for you. If this isn't an issue, I would highly suggest reading this. 

I am addicted to this series! (Each one can be read as a standalone.)
